If your apartment, house or other object is already connected to the power network and you simply need to conclude an agreement on electricity supply, you are welcome to use one of the agreement conclusion options available.

  • Conclude the agreement electronically on the e-latvenergo.lv customer portal

If you already are a customer of Latvenergo and an authorised user of the e-latvenergo customer portal, use the possibility of concluding the agreement quickly and conveniently online.

If you are a user of a Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Krājbanka, Citadele or Norvikbanka internet bank, you can also use the option of concluding the agreement on the e-latvenergo customer portal.

  • Conclude the agreement by sending a filled-out application form

You can fill out an application form and send it to us electronically to klientu.serviss@latvenergo.lv or by regular mail to: Pulkveža Brieža iela 12, Rīga, LV-1230.

In this case, you will have to send a copy of your identity document along with the filled-out application form.

  • Conclude the agreement in person

You can also conclude the agreement by arriving at any Latvenergo customer service centre, bringing an identity document (passport or driver’s license) with you.
